The Redmond Rotary has announced it will host a Candidates’ Forum for Mayor of Redmond on Thursday, October 4th.  John Marchione and Jim Robinson will speak on a variety of topics and take questions from the audience during the regular Thursday Rotary luncheon meeting.

For the past sixteen years Redmond has had the same mayor.  With no incumbent in this year’s race our citizens have a new choice in leadership. In the next few years, critical issues will face residents of Redmond and the Eastside. The Rotary Club of Redmond supports educating the voting community and encouraging a strong voter turnout in November.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting.  Admission to the event is $30.00, which includes lunch. The meeting begins at 12:00 noon at the Marriott Redmond Town Center on Thursday, October 4, 2007.  Reservations are encouraged for non-Rotary members to ensure a place. For more information or to make a reservation to attend, please contact Brad Lehrer at (425) 883-7400 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Redmond Rotary is part of Rotary International and is a non-profit service organization of business professionals in the Redmond community.
